II. QUYỀN LỢI
– Mức lương:
+ ĐỐI VỚI THỢ PHỤ: Tối thiểu 350k – 450k/công + phụ cấp tiền ăn, xăng xe + thưởng theo công trình/nội quy/trách nhiệm
+ ĐỐI VỚI THỢ CHÍNH: Tối thiểu 500k – 700k/công + phụ cấp tiền ăn, xăng xe + thưởng theo công trình/nội quy/trách nhiệm
– Tăng ca (nếu có): 80k/giờ
TỔNG THU NHẬP TỐI THIỂU: 10.000.000 – 23.000.000 VNĐ/tháng
– Môi trường làm việc dân chủ, chuyên nghiệp, có cơ hội thăng tiến và ổn định lâu dài;
– Được tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, thưởng các ngày lễ, thưởng tháng, thưởng chuyên cần, thưởng theo công trình/dự án theo chính sách và quy định của công ty;
– Teambuiding, sinh nhật,.… Các ngày phép năm, chi phí công đoàn
– Hỗ trợ xăng xe và chỗ ăn, ở cho lao động.
III. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Thợ Cơ khí: Vận hành các thiết bị để gia công như máy cắt, máy cắt cầm tay, máy hàn điện, hàn inox gá, lắp,…;
– Thợ Nhôm kính: Đo đạc kích thước và cắt nhôm kính, gia công và lắp đặt hệ thống cửa nhôm kính theo yêu cầu;
– Thợ Điện nước: Lắp đặt, sửa chữa, bảo trì đường điện, đường nước, các thiết bị điện, thiết bị chiếu sáng và máy biến áp;
– Thợ Thạch cao: Thi công, lắp đặt trần vách thạch cao panel, thi công trần thả, các hạng mục liên quan đến trần vách.
IV. YÊU CẦU
– Nam, tuổi từ 20 – 48 tuổi;
– Có phương tiện di chuyển cá nhân;
– Có thể đi công trình tại Hà Nội và các tỉnh miền Bắc;
– Ưu tiên thợ cơ khí, thạch cao, nhôm kính, điện nước đã có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm;
– Lao động phổ thông không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, sẽ được đào tạo, nâng cao kiến thức tay nghề;
– Chịu khó, nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình, có ý thức trách nhiệm trong công việc;
– Trả lương vào ngày 10 hàng tháng.
