Rock Wool / Glass Wool Exterior Wall Panel is composed of:
Outer Layer: Aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel or galvanized steel with electrostatic paint, 0.45–0.6 mm thick, providing oxidation and rust resistance.
Insulation Core: Mineral Wool (Rockwool) with a density of 80–120 kg/m³, fire-resistant up to 1000°C, with excellent sound insulation; or Glass Wool (Glasswool) with a density of 64–96 kg/m³, offering good thermal and acoustic insulation and fire resistance.
Inner Layer: Same material as the outer layer, enhancing durability and creating a smooth, finished surface.
Panel Thickness: Typically 50 mm, 75 mm, or 100 mm, depending on fire resistance and sound insulation requirements.
