EPS inner wall panel (Expanded Polystyrene Sandwich Panel)

EPS Panel (Expanded Polystyrene Sandwich Panel) is a new-generation thermal insulation building material, manufactured from two layers of ultra-durable alloy-coated steel sheets using advanced technology, combined with an EPS core. The panels are connected with tight-fitting tongue-and-groove joints, making them easy to assemble without the need for external adhesives. The surface can be either flat or delicately ribbed, with flexible lengths and precision cutting according to design requirements. This provides a fast construction solution that reduces costs while optimizing thermal insulation efficiency for all types of projects.

EPS Panel – a new-generation building material that is lightweight yet exceptionally durable. Composed of two layers of ultra-durable alloy-coated steel sheets produced with advanced technology and an EPS core, the panels are connected with tight-fitting tongue-and-groove joints, making assembly simple without the need for adhesives. Flexible in size and customizable on demand, with either flat or delicately ribbed surfaces. With excellent formability, load-bearing, and heat-resistance properties, EPS Panels are the perfect replacement for traditional walls, ideal for factories, warehouses, and modern industrial projects.

Technical Structure

EPS Panels are constructed from:

Core layer made of standard EPS or Fireproof EPS, helping to reduce ignition and flame spread in case of fire.
Core thickness options: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm.
Two layers of ultra-durable alloy-coated steel manufactured with advanced technology.
Tongue-and-groove connections ensuring tight joints, preventing heat leakage, and blocking bacteria, mold, and dust intrusion.
Surface finish: flat or ribbed, with precise length tailored to design requirements.
