I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Thực hiện khảo sát hiện trạng, phác thảo bản vẽ hiện trạng theo nhu cầu khách hàng ;
– Giám sát quá trình thi công theo bản vẽ thiết kế và biện pháp thi công đã được phê duyệt;
– Theo dõi và đảm bảo chất lượng kỹ thuật, mỹ thuật, đảm báo vật tư cho công trình;
– Thực hiện công tác kiểm tra cuối cùng để đảm bảo công trình đáp ứng đầy đủ các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và chất lượng trước khi bàn giao.
– Cung cấp tư vấn cho khách hàng về các vấn đề liên quan đến thiết kế, kỹ thuật, và quản lý xây dựng.
– Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
II.QUYỀN LỢI
– Thu nhập: 15.000.000 – 20.000.000 VNĐ/ tháng + PC + Thưởng
– Thưởng lương tháng thứ 13, thưởng lễ, tết,…
– Phụ cấp: cho một số vị trí phục vụ công việc gồm hỗ trợ đi lại, cước điện thoại di động, kiêm nhiệm.
– Tham gia đầy đủ các chế độ theo Luật lao động hiện hành (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN…); Khám sức khỏe định kỳ, nghỉ hè hàng năm;
– Cơ hội thăng tiến theo lộ trình của công ty.
– Hỗ trợ xăng xe và chỗ ăn, ở cho lao động.
III.YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
– Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành xây dựng có liên quan;
– Nam, nhanh nhẹn, khỏe mạnh, có khả năng đi công tác xa, đi công trường.
– Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên môn: AutoCAD, MS Office, các phần mềm liên quan khác,…)
– Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí liên quan; độ tuổi: 2x-4x.
– Trung thực, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, gắn bó với công việc.
